  1. LP Vault

Hanji Vault

This vault is designed for Liquidity Providers (LPs) seeking diversified exposure to a balanced basket of assets while contributing to the Hanji Protocol's liquidity.

Objective and Design: The Multi-Asset LP Vault aims to offer an efficient and passive liquidity solution while maintaining a stable and balanced asset pool. It employs a dynamic fee structure to incentivize balanced deposits and withdrawals, ensuring fair rewards for LPs and strong trading support within the Hanji ecosystem. The vault's strategy is centered around maintaining predefined target allocations for its constituent assets.

Token Composition: The Multi-Asset LP Vault comprises four crypto assets with the following fixed target allocations. These allocations represent the ideal balance of the vault’s liquidity pool:

  • XTZ: 30%

  • WETH (Wrapped ETH): 20%

  • WBTC (Wrapped BTC): 20%

  • USDC (USD Coin): 30%

Deposits into and withdrawals from the vault are structured to help maintain these target levels.

Deposits and Withdrawals:

  • Deposits: Users can contribute liquidity to the vault using any single token from the supported assets (XTZ, WETH, WBTC, or USDC). The system automatically manages the internal balancing to integrate the deposit while working towards the target allocations.

  • Withdrawals: Users can withdraw liquidity in any of the supported tokens (XTZ, WETH, WBTC, or USDC), subject to the available liquidity of that specific token within the vault at the time of withdrawal.

  • Fee Structure:

    • A base fee of 0.45% applies to all deposits and withdrawals.

    • An additional dynamic fee, ranging from -0.05% (a rebate) to +0.05% (an additional fee), is applied. This dynamic fee is determined by the transaction’s impact on the vault's target asset weights – rewarding transactions that help balance the vault and slightly increasing the fee for those that move it further from its targets.
